No Refund Policy – Ark Luxury Oil

At Ark Luxury Oil, we are committed to providing premium quality oils to our valued customers. Please note that we follow a No Refund Policy.

  1. All Sales Are Final

    • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  2. Non-Refundable Products

    • Due to the consumable and personal care nature of our oils, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

    • Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds will not be provided.

  4. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers are requested to review product details, descriptions, and ingredients before making a purchase.

  5. Management Rights

    • Ark Luxury Oil reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion in extraordinary cases.
